I can't tell if that is real or not. The brown object sticking up to the left in the bottom photo looks like a piece of folded cardboard, can't match it to the top views.
A targeter could have called in the strike and had a camera ready. Or the bomb was shopped in. Otherwise, I don't think it's likely anybody could have grabbed that shot.
