Are you kidding? The networks will be clawing each others eyes out to get this debate; it’ll have the highest ratings of any political event since television was invented, quite possibly the highest ratings of any TV show ever.

Yes, they will, BUT....will they donate what they make from commercials to a charity?
THAT'S THE STICKING POINT! It's the stuff in the small print and Trump will NOT do this debate sans the money being donated to a charity and probably one or more of his choice! And whilst this debate would get GIGANTIC ratings, it's THE MONEY that the networks and cable channels are more interested in!
