Who cares? Baltimore has changed. It used to be a a beautiful city, and it's always had a sizable black population, like most Eastern seaboard big cities.
Something has changed. Now, with the willing cooperation of the liberal white elite Democrat supporters who live there, it's turned from Old Baltimore into New Detroit, on the Road to Mogadishu. If they want to burn it down, who cares any more?
Read them the "Riot Act". Let them riot, then shoot to kill.
