Lost me right there. This is a political slush fund pure and simple. I understand it only spends about 16% of its funds on its purported charitable purposes, the rest is overhead. That’s far lower than most non-profit charities.

As I understand it, any unspent campaign funds are legally off limits to the candidate, but may be held by the campaign for other purposes. That includes saving for future campaigns, donation to other campaigns, or donation to charaties.
In the case of Her Thighness, that charity would be the Clinton Foundation.
