I agree completely. While there is nothing lower than a pedophile, traveling outside of the country is outside of our jurisdiction. It should be up to said country to prosecute.
Mr. Trump should get us out of that UN agreement if we can just be prosecuted for any old thing willy nilly.
Just curious, would maritime law apply for a crime committed in an airplane above international waters?
