They are touchy for a good reason.
Every one of these unfortunate people absolutely KNOW they are not normal. they are totally miserable with this fact because they do not fit in with the mainstream and this is very, very important to most people (to be accepted).
In order to feel better about their affliction they demand ever more confirmation there is really nothing wrong with them and they freak at the slightest sign of what they would consider unacceptance or disrespect. Their “in your face” attitude towards (sexually) normal people is simply a knee jerk overcompensation for their deep feelings of inadequacy and fear of not belonging.
Does anyone doubt if there were a process by which a homosexual could be made normal that it would not immediately be taken advantage of by each and every one of them?
The only positive is these sicko’s have a very high rate of suicide.

Although I do not in any way condone their lifestyle I nonetheless do not believe it is a choice they willingly have made.
By this I mean that I do not believe they made a conscious choice to become physically attracted to their own sex. They acted or made the decision to act on their attraction. The cause of their attraction to the same sex is one thing but the acting on that attraction is something else again.
I feel sorry for their “malady” and I am convinced 100% they would become heterosexual in a flash were it possible. My wife has 2 good friends who are Lesbians and they are very nice people and very honest. I asked them this very question and their answer was unequivocal, well sort of anyway. What they said was yes the would rather have been born heterosexual but to change now would mean to lose the relationship they have with their partner. When I pointed out the partner could change as well they still said they would miss the relationship even though they would most likely change if they could.
I did ask them would they change with no regrets if they did NOT have a current relationship and they both said they absolutely would.
