It would be difficult because that is a tight knit society. Normally a lone Muslim does not strike out on his own, independent of his popular roots.
Here is where having Christendom ready to welcome troubled Muslims who need to take that step (not just try to wean them out of the society) could be of great help. Like I (presciently?) said — evangelists can complete the breaking of the spell.
They are all (or mostly) too busy embracing 'gay rights' and run 'seeker' churchs.
