Obama is setting things up this is all about him losing in the courts when he try’s to ban funding to schools that push back against the government taking funding away because they wont gender identification to trunp physical reality. this is going to the court system where the court will rule you cant take funding away. then two years from now this court case will be sited as the reason trump cantr cut funding to sanctuary cities.
The Federal gov’t has no constitutional business finding or not funding what is State or local responsibility.
