In this vein...
A few years ago my oldest daughter’s kids took their parents out for dinner on their anniversary.
The manager of the eating establishment was a young feller who must have imagined he was cool, so he came up to the table and started chatting the grand girls.
He asked the oldest what she did and was told that she was a nurse. He then turned to the younger and asked what she did.
This FFA president all-American farm girl promptly replied that she had castrated pigs that morning.
My daughter said the poor guy almost turned green and left fast.
These young people have no idea how inappropriate their behavior is. An anniversary dinner is about the family - it's not about an employee trying to socialize with the grandchildren. He should have been fired for intruding on their celebration.
