I was born in Alameda and raised in Oakland and I still call it home though I left in the late ‘70s...returning only for Oakland Raiders football. Unfortunately, that city has been run to the ground by liberals. Look up the history, it was a great booming city until the mid-1960’s. Sure, it had problems like any major city, but it was a nice place. 1965 was the last time a Republican had any power in that city and that directly correlates with the crime rate and has helped to forge the impression you likely have of Oakland....if you are not from there.
Note that I am not making this a race issue. I am making this a liberal issue.
A typical resident in the City of Oakland gets more federal, state, and local aid than any resident in the country, yet there are significant swaths of the city that remain ‘no go’ zones after dark. I am especially disappointed with International Blvd. It’s a freakin’ killing filed. They should flood the zone with police.
I say this out of love for the city. It just kills me to see such devastation brought on to my city by socialism, political correctness, disdain for the rule of law, and an anger at the so called ‘man’ that is all fueled by whichever local leader happens to be in charge.
Trump is boorish and he probably loves the girls more than he should, but who gives a crap? Trump knows how to take control of the situation and he gets stuff done. Until International Blvd gets fixed, the mayor of Oakland should keep be very quiet because if Trump were mayor of Oakland, International Blvd would be fixed one way or another and that’s a fact. Liberals are the danger. Not Trump. Just look at the city of Oakland for proof.

Oakland & Ferguson are 30% whites/asian/hispanic so of course they are not the most violent. The media is acting like Trump is making violent crime in black areas out of thin air.
