Washington (CNN)John Kasich signaled Monday that he still harbors deep uneasiness with Donald Trump as the Republican nominee, declining to endorse him and reiterating that he will not serve as Trump's vice president.
Even now that he's left the race, Kasich is resisting calls to serve as Trump's No. 2, portraying his pitch and Trump's as fundamentally incompatible. Kasich said he was "not inclined" to run with Trump and that he had "not changed my mind."

Yo, Kasich, Donald hasn’t asked but you’re still out there begging for camera time. Your time is up. Bye!
lol.
i actually saw that one coming....
Ohio is a critical state to win to help meet the electoral delegate number. Kasich could
help with that if he really wants to keep Clinton out of the WH.
“John Kasich signaled Monday that he still harbors deep uneasiness with Donald Trump as the Republican nominee”
Good news for Trump. Kasich is the most dimoKKKRAT like on the Republican side.
Kasich is the modern-day John Lindsay (who eventually did go Rat).
Understood - my wife's family is in Ohio and were Union Dems for a long time. The first 4 years of Obama cured them.
I’m an Ohioan. I think Kasich jumped the shark on this one. The only rational reason for a rational man to have stayed in the race was to be VP.
If the power people had wanted to select him as a default potus candidate at a contested convention, they wouldn’t have let his money dry up.
This even hurt any future campaign he might pursue for senator. It made him look silly.
It's incredible the new things you learn daily on FR......
He’s just about the last person I would want in the VP position so all is good.
That is what our true conservatives do. Strange huh?
In the 1990s, John Kasich and Gary Condit were infamous for taking advantage of vulnerable, young interns.
He sets off my creep alarm.
