1. She’s admitting that Obama’s supposedly wonderful economy isn’t so wonderful & needs ‘revitalizing’. Barry isn’t going to be happy with that & she needs to keep Barry happy because he can loose the hounds at DOJ.

3. Bill is now “fair game” since he’s being put forth as the person in her administration who is going to be running the economy.
