Let me get this right....a male CEO pretty much just told women it's not ok to use the restroom at Target with reasonable peace of mind because a minor handful of men need to feel special...another example of men telling women it's ok as long as it doesn't affect them. Identify with this, ovarian cancer, uterine cysts, PMS, rape...I'm sorry but, why not ask 157 Million "WOMEN" how they feel about it rather than make a decision for all of us just so a miniscule percentage of men can identify. Angry.
Think about that: Target's $28-million-a-year CEO, Brian Cornell, has handed every Republican candidate in this country who is accused of being a part of the so-called War on Women by his Democrat opponent a double-barreled 12-gauge response to that phony charge. Essentially, all such Republicans need to do is remind their audience or media interrogators of the negative financial impact of the Target CEO's decision to involve his company in an increasingly bizarre and unpopular liberal socio-political campaign and then turn the charge right back on Democrats with Maggie's excellent point: a male CEO can simply dictate to the millions of women in his customer base, without any attempt to solicit their opinions, that they must set aside their long held cultural beliefs and their sense of personal safety to accommodate a Democrat sponsored, microscopic percentage

You are right, but I wonder if we are at the point where not enough women even care. The blue collar dems I have talked to about this are aghast at men in the women’s exclusive areas, but they were all men.

Target is just a huge corporation that sells cheap crap from China and Bangladesh.
Nothing wrong with that, per se, but that’s not a very attractive or sexy marketing angle.
So they play the hipster/progressive card. They take on progressive or edgy slogans and politics, for cheap and cynical marketing purposes. They have played this very risky game without consequence for the last decade or longer.
Now they find out there IS a great risk to such a strategy. I hope this political crony-capitalist and his company blow themselves up.
Once liberal politics managed to get 'sexual orientation' OUT of the category of mental disorders and into civil rights legislation, the sky was the limit.
The only way to put the kibosh on it would be to fight fire with fire, and have a like-minded bloc of conservative men dress as women and descend on Target bathrooms nationwide, like a swarm of horny locusts looking for tender grain.

I am still trying to figure out how less than 5% of the population wields so much power.
I have come to the opinion that the ‘elite’ of the US and Europe are so hedonistic and perverted that they are the driving force behind this insanity. They are trying to replace “Do unto others as you would be done unto” with “Do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.”
