I think Donald sees something more in Christie than we do. His judgement is usually spot on.

Christie could have lost everything backing Donald so early. People even tried to make Christie look stupid when he would get on stage with Donald as Donald talked.

Yes, I remember that the news idiots were going non-stop for at least a day or 2 showing videos of standing behind Mr. T and making comments about his facial expression. I was thinking earlier that I was glad that Christie was standing off to the side tonight and not behind Trump.

They’ve apparently been friends for something like 14 years and Donald mentioned something in his speech early on about Christie and Mary Pat talking about continuing after NH and deciding to go with their friend, Trump (paraphrasing).
