Somebody should open a Wal-Mart there.
Why? It doesn't look like anyone is paying for the merchandise. It's nothing but looting. Katrina and Ferguson without the flooding and fires. If you don't have half a dozen 6'4" athletic sons, you're out of luck.
The price controls would make it impossible for a Wal-Mart there to be successful.
