Once North Carolina (or any other state government or local school district) decides to forego all federal money to run the local schools, it will be very interesting to see what other federal mandates they can ignore.
Any state that can function without Federal moneys will have in effect seceded from Washington’s rule!
THIS is how CWII will break out. And, as before, the Feds will make the first military move.
