Sure they will attack Newt, but can’t dispute his knowledge of “insider washington” or his ability to get things done .

I agree. Strangely, we have some FReepers who have expressed “concern” over Newt being 72. Trump is 69, so I really don’t get the concern over Newt’s age. We’ve already seen that being young isn’t necessarily a precursor for being a positive thing. Ryan, Cruz, and Rubio are all young. I rest my case! :-D
