I saw parts of Woodward on FNS talking about the bathroom crusade his buddies are on. A major civil rights issue, and in general almost as important as tracking down who stole George McGovern's campaign secrets. The one thing Bob Woodward has going for him is that he looks better than Bill Clinton. Are they the same age?

Because the Sunday talk show thread, by its very nature, has ebbs and flows. Bray and I, myself having been on this thread for fifteen years dear Lord doesn’t that cut you some slack....get some indulgence because, well, we both like to write.
And B)....there’s those ebbs between Meet the Press and Fox News Sunday.....longer comments, posts with short stories, are read, goodness I got so much Freepmail from my poast and believe me, folks, I’d rather not ever get a Freepmail again if my torment would stop.
But don’t feel sorry for me Argentina. It’s my daughter craving sympathy, not me. I have learned that sympathy comes with a cost, unless, of course, you are a fake. Then it’s the best of both worlds.
I’ve been on repetitive threads...the Rush thread, the gardening thread.....people do ten to congregate on some threads repetitively due to their mutual interest. I’ve noted little essays about personal lives.
I was not so stupid as to jump in with snark and nastiness.
I also go to great pains to contribute to the thread purpose, as does Bray.
Finally, one of the greatest keys on our keyboards is that SCROLL key.

Gates is a rotten, common, sorry SOB. He did Obama’s bidding and nothing more as Sec of Defense. Obama hold to allow sodomites to openly serve in the Armed Forces and he did exactly that. He also did it on his last day as Sec of Defense, so no one could raise hell at him. He didn’t care all about studies down and didn’t care that all service chief said bad idea. From the minute he became president of the BSA his goal was to get homosexual scout leaders and he also accomplished that. He’s just a worthless POS. No other words can describe him.

So all day I been watching Reince Preibus and man can that guy move his lips and say the same thing over and over?
Not that this is a bad thing, necessarily. But I can’t get why all this hesitation, explanation, reasons why they don’t support he who the voters chose.
And this trump John Miller story....whatthehey?
Some guy, allegedly John Miller, calls up the Post. And the scuttlebutt is that it was TRUMP who released this story. Which makes me laugh but scratch my head.
Why would TRUMP release a tape of himself talking about himself? Then he denies it was him and by me, it kind of sounded like him but not all that much to be definite.
And as for Trump tax returns, it’s only the MEDIA worrying itself to death over this. I could care less about Trump’s taxes. I’m thinking they’re huge, complicated things that will cause the WAPO to hire CPA’s to find bad deductions, etc.
Incredible news releases on Hillary this past week yet 3 of these shows were all about attacking Trump. Question regarding PR spokesman/ Doesn’t anyone have voice recognition software?(

I willingly admit my ignorance... but, of course it was through the years of Rush propaganda of defining the closet full of Neocons as the titular head of conservatism... But, it was by Rush himself that opened my eyes... 2012 Rush was orgasmic over an NR article by Elliot Abrams, that attempted to destroy Newt... Turns out that Jeffry Lord dug up the Congressional Record and set Rush straight... Since that show I have never consider 'neocons' anything more than a bunch of trouble makers.

30 years ago our next door neighbor in OKC told me he hired engineers around the age of 50 for Wilson Foods. He explained that he would have the new hire for 10-20 years, he did not have to retrain him to stop poor job performance with no experience, the individual would not need as many raises and he didn’t have to worry about the competition luring him away,
It sounds to me like little has changed and may be worse today for many companies.
Huelskamp is listening and reading liberal talking points and not researching Trump to find the truth.

Thanks for the comment. I spent 15 years in western KS working and I was born and raised in OK. I was also a partner in a hunting lodge in Glen Elder, KS. Great memories and I try to keep up on major KS news.
To be fair, Huelskamp was just one of the few that voted against Boehner as Speaker. Boehner punished him for that as Huelskamp lost his good chairmanships. Huelskamp is usually a top notch conservative in congress.
That’s why it’s so flabbergasting why he would fall for the left/Cruz’s lies about Trump. Believe me, he is hearing it from my friends and I.

its not even that I don’t mind giving raises and have given plenty but the attitudes of younger workers are terrible.It’s as if they are entitled for no reason.
He’s bad news no question.
