If Trump is smart he will pick a guy like Cruz that can rally conservatives.
Yup. The two of them overwhelmingly carried the primary vote. Time to unite and on to victory over the Butcheress of Benghazi !
Perhaps - if that's what he does, then there aren't enough conservatives or he'd be in the catbird seat....He has alienated a bunch of his original base and may prove more a drag than a help at this point. He will surely turn off a lot of Independents and even a number of Dems who say they will/would vote for Trump.
