Civil disobedience should be taught/applied when the Sovereign is a perverted entity. Anytime a biological male (Who cares what they relate to or dressed as) enters the bathroom/locker room, the girl(S) present should file harassment charges and sue the school districts into oblivion.
Of course the reprobate in the White House would smile wildly at all the chaos, but School Superintendents/School Board members will be sweating bullets.
