It seems that federal officials have worked overtime to undermine public trust. Benghazi, the IRS abuses, the fast and furious gun-running fiasco, the solar power boondoggles, and the seemingly endless implementation problems of the Affordable Care Actall these scandals have common themes: arrogant and abusive bureaucracy, double dealing, lame excuses, and legal hairsplitting.

All the congressjerks who allowed that to happen are corrupt. Congress is as corrupt as any turd world country.
I used to wonder why countries overseas, or below the equator, used to go and clear out their politicians. Put most of them in prison, etc.

a ‘small business’ with $4.5 TRILLION annual spending
Uh no. Not a single Republican voted for this obamination.
if DC operated as it should with integrity, honesty and respect for the people’s business, it would no longer be attractive to the greedy criminal minded (lawyers) who turn politician. Anyone who becomes a DC politician for the sake of bettering the country for the people would be working to eliminate every last one of the excessive freebies and perks they now receive. It would do for the people to seek and seat those kinds of folks to manage this country.
