Could be Colin Peterson from Minnesota's 7th district, where I once lived. He is one of the few remaining Blue Dog Democrats from outside the south and had one of the most conservative voting records of any Democrat. He was also the first Democrat to publicly call for Al Gore to throw in the towel after the 2000 election.
He also comes from a part of the country which respects people who tell it like it is.
