This article does not mention any lawsuits pregnant women initiated against bartenders. That is all in your imagination. Can you provide evidence of any such suit? (It’s possible there are a few - there are all kinds of crazy lawsuits. But did it go anywhere?)

I don’t think there has been a suit at this time, but what I was showing DogByte6RER in my post is that if there was, then the mother can be held responsible for many more possible crimes if she does.
