This tribunal is making us look inept and week. How many years does it take to conclude the trial of an obviously guilty terrorist? I always assumed that the military would be a far superior place to conduct these trials—fair, but quick. They have been involved with this case for years, and the start of trial is nowhere in sight. Apparently the military allows itself to be tied in knots by stalling tactics every bit as much as the civilian courts.
