It pains me to say it, but Burr is right. Not every issue is, or should be, Federal. The Constitution is (happily) silent on the subject of bathrooms. Once you determine that, one only needs to refer to the Tenth Amendment.

Which is exactly why you need Congressional action to keep the Executive branch out of the issue.

The left has been winning the culture war for a long time.

I see the restroom issue as something similiar to the Broken Windows Theory. If society can’t assert itself over small issues, it will most certainly lose the larger ones.
