Thanks, I didn’t notice the comma for a few and kept thinking that it didn’t happen in West Texas. Seems a lot of happy news back then was it was the company’s fault and that was proof we need more regulation. The regulators will ignore this news.

With the extent of the destruction, it must have been difficult to make the intentional fire determination. Understandable that it took a long time but “years”?? Plus if there is no idea who did it, that’s also odd. I still feel for the towns people. So many of the best citizens dead.
