What City in WA has a Lenin Statue? That is why I didn't second guess it was named after Moscow's Red Square, even thought that appears not be the case.

The Lenin statue was intended as a conversation piece and a trophy of the Cold War. It was never taken seriously, except by FReepers.
Today it's surrounded by the kind of small businesses that Lenin intended to wipe out. It's gentle irony that is missed by most.

What City in WA has a Lenin Statue?That would be the Fremont District in Seattle. It was the last holdout of 'hippies' in Seattle. Nice area, until it got gentrified by the Adobe rich kids.

What City in WA has a Lenin Statue? The Lenin statue is in the Fremont area of Seattle, just a stone's throw west of the UW campus. I-5 runs between them.
