It in fact makes those who oppose men exposing themselves to females of any age the potential criminals bt being deemed violators if civil rights.

It already is illegal to expose oneself regardless of the gender.

This issue is like the ridiculous category of a hate crime murder. Murder is murder regardless and designating it a "hate" crime is meaningless.

And if someone complains about a naked man in a women’s/girl’s shower, say at a public pool, the complainer is the criminal.
