“Moms Demand Action”
Our local news had a story linking gun control to mother’s day...I’m sure this story was fed to local stations throughout the land.
Obviously a strategy/push.

I once searched and WHOIS-ed all the Bloomberg-originated ‘grassroots’ anti-gun groups and domains.
As you might expect, they all have telltale simplistic names and a prepositional phrase: Moms Demand Action, Pastors For Safe Streets, Iowa Mothers For Gun Safety, etc. etc.
It is the worst form of AstroTurf. Reporters are paid to do what I did in under 10 minutes. They refuse to do so. Why?
It’s like saying a $10,000 poll tax on blacks is not about voting rights.
