iSnarly has to be hurt over this especially with the being accused of fooling around with Cruz by his wife, and then falling through the stage a few days before he dropped out.

It is up to the candidate to appeal to the electorate. The simple fact is Cruz is not all that likeable. His message didn’t resonate with the voting public. There wasnt much difference between the Cruz and Trump platforms so it comes down to personality.
Additionally, JEB was suppose to win tbe primary not Cruz. Cruz took over the role when JEB and Rubio did poorly in FL. JEB dropped out when Christy endorsed Trump. Christy was the ultimate establishment insider. JEB knew Christy had access to tbe GOPe playbook.
