I am a little confused. I thought Wisconsin already had their Primary. If Ryan has a Primary opponent, when is the election?

They did have their presidential election. Cruz won.
Ryan’s soon to be up for re-election.

Just to amplify answers already given, WI has two primaries. One is presidential nominees only, the other is for all the other offices.
