I call it the divorce settlement voice as in soon to be ex wife loudly making list of settlement demands. I prefer chalk screeching on the blackboard to that.
At and after AIPAC, it seemed that her speaking coach had ‘trained’ her to talk slowly, and softly, and in phrases, and sound grandmotherly.
That lasted about 3 weeks, after which she returned to the yelling and screeching.
They keep trying to reinvent and reintroduce and remake her, like they did with Gore and Kerry and even Romney, but the real her eventually re-emerges.
The word for it is “Shrill”.

I once got into a debate with a lad from NYC. In the course of the discussion his voice began to rise until he was full blown yelling. I stopped the discussion and asked him why he was yelling. I kid you not his answer was the person who is louder always wins the argument. I said okay and walked away. Yes he was a demorat that I finally kicked him out of my apartment with a baseball bat for backup. I told him the person who isn’t lying unconscious in the street keeps the apartment. To my chagrin he left quietly.
There are far too many people who will vote in this election who know nothing about policy or important issues. They will vote based on silly, superficial reasons. It may come down to a choice between The Donald and Shillary. Her personality will turn off a lot of voters.
