Anyway, I have noticed a lot of names I don’t recognize at all with old signup dates. Like Kush here, signup 1998, first post 2001, two pages of comments. Weird, eh?

I'm sorry, but I must have missed the posting clause when I signed up 18 years ago. Exactly how many posts per year are required to maintain correct status in your eyes? Is 1 per year sufficient, or must one bang away at the keyboard as if they had typing Tourettes?

Just to be clear, is this how it's going to be from now on? When someone posts something you don't like, call in the Stasi? Question their being? Maybe, just maybe, a lot of the old timers are starting to pop back up because they see the site suffering from all the fools that have turned it into a Trump super pac. Nothing against Trump, he's the nominee, he gets my vote, but that is in spite of, not because of, what has been taking place on this site since last June.

No matter what my history says, this is where we have ended up. A group of members on a conservative website have been destroying the candidates who agree with them at least 75% of the time to support a candidate who may agree with them 30% of the time. Weird, eh?

It’s common sense and simple civility that I’m talking about. Over the years one gets to “know” other members by reading what they say and communicating with them, and others. This is obvious. You, I never saw before, and that is odd, with a very old sign up date. So naturally, my curiosity piqued, especially because of your rude comment to Windflier, and saw you have a total of two pages of comments which generally indicates something “odd”, a red flag of sorts. Especially when coupled with a nasty attitude.

Examples: Because I replied to Windflier I called in the Stasi? Or because I just happened to see your rude exchange with him and replied I am Stasi?

What’s weird is not whatever is happening on FR, what’s weird is posters like you who are totally unknown after years of membership with practically no comments, and then you jump in with two feet, on peoples’ heads.

I’m wondering if you have an alternate screen name or something.

But not wondering enough to really care much.
