There is absolutely nothing in Title IX authorizing special classes for homosexuals or transvestites. Based purely on Obama administration edicts. Maybe this will force someone to sue to invalidate these Title IX “rules.”
the civil rights act was created to protect a genetic condition ie all races- they are trying desperately to make being gay/tranie etc a ‘condition’ along the liens of a genetic condition- it is not- it’s a freakin choice-
IF they claim trannies are protected under the civil rights act, then they must say >all< perversions are covered under the act- rapists, pedophiles- S&M addicts etc etc etc
