The Labor Force Participation Rate hasn’t budged by much since the 2008 financial crisis. It’s been hovering between 62% and 63% since that time.

That’s because they’re now counting the unemployed as labor force participants. Check it out:

“Of those, 158,924,000 participated in the labor force by either holding a job or actively seeking one.”

Un-frickin-real.

The numbers are being inflated w/ various tricks, like excluding those who have been out of work for a length of time, or counting "participation" as either holding a job or actively seeking one. I expect that the honest numbers would tell a vastly different story.
