Almost two-thirds of non-Muslim Germans dont know any Muslims personally, a new survey has showed, casting light on increasing unease over the religions place in society.
The YouGov poll for press agency DPA found that 62 percent of people said that they didnt count a single Muslim among their close personal friends. [ ]

That’s sweet: the Koran has language discouraging friendship with non-Muslims (which, thankfully, not all Muslims obey) and the onus is on non-Muslims for being leery of Muslims.

You are quite right. I believe I had heard that the co-workers of the husband threw a baby shower for the woman.
