The minimum wage should be pegged to inflation. Would take away the issue. No, it wouldn't.
The Federal government shouldn't set a minimum wage at all. That's the issue.

I’ve never seen once seen a Free Republic minimum wage eliminator ever acknowledge that having an open border with a third country makes a difference in the minimum wage debate. It’s like you all are brainwashed robots. It gives thinking Americans pause and makes Free Republic look kooky.

The Federal government shouldn't set a minimum wage at all. That's the issue. Thank you. Though that doesn't appear to be the issue to most people, including our Presidential candidate.
