Cruz Explodes: Trump "A Narcissist At A Level I Don't Think This Country Has Ever Seen" (vid)

CRUZ: I'm going to tell you what I really think of Donald Trump. This man is a pathological liar. He doesn't know the difference between truth and lies. He lies practically every word that comes out of his mouth. And in a pattern that I think is straight out of a psychology textbook, his response is to accuse everybody else of lying.

You’re a Cruz supporter still, really? When was the last mental checkup you’ve had? Can you at least admit Cruz is delusional to think he has any chance in hell of winning?

Here's what started Trump calling him Lyin' Ted. It was Ted's own childish lies:

At his campaign rallies and in every interview, Trump would say, "I support the 2nd amendment, it's going to be stronger than ever and I am not going to let anything affect the 2nd amendment."

Then that night or next day, Cruz would say, "Trump wants to repeal the 2nd amendment!"

At his campaign rallies and in every interview, Trump would say, "I will repeal Obamacare!"

Then that night or next day, Cruz would say, "Trump supports Obamacare!"

At his campaign rallies and in every interview, Trump would say, "We are going to support our vets and make our military stronger than ever!"

Then that night or next day, Cruz would say, "Trump opposes helping vets and believes in weakening our military."

At his campaign rallies and in every interview, Trump would say, "The Iran deal stinks, it's the worst deal ever made in history, I oppose it and I'm going to do something about it."

Then that night or next day, Cruz would say, "Trump supports the Iran Deal."

At his campaign rallies and in every interview, Trump would say, "I will stop illegal immigration and temporarily stop immigration of muslims until we can get a handle on this and vet them and make sure we are not bringing in trojan horse terrorists posing as refugees."

Then the next night or next day, Cruz would say, "Trump supports illegal immigration and wants to let Muslims into our country without any background check."

and so forth.

THAT is when Trump started calling him Lyin' Ted. Not before then.

Are you trolling or do you not remember that Cruz had his campaignees calling people telling voters that Carson dropped out of the race when in fact he didn’t. This is OLD news. If you’ve never heard this before but support Cruz still then you may need more help than Cruz needs.

he claims Trump is against guns; Trump (and all of his sons, it’s a family thing)is Pro 2nd Amendment, period.

He says Trump is Pro Choice; Trump, who cites the experience a friend of his had regarding almost having an abortion, instead choosing to have the beautiful child, is Pro Life, period.

He continuosly says that Trump has no path to 1237, when he rather easliy does.

Trump was for gun control and was for partial birth abortions...now says he is against both. we all know this. we have all seen the documentation. You know Cruz isn’t lying

strike 3 & 4

you people can’t back up the lyin Cruz moniker..please just stop

I have major problems with Cruz and his refusal to get out of the race. His joining the stop Trump movement with the GOPe belies his stated status as an outsider. What does he hope to achieve at a contested convention?

Does he really think that getting the nomination at the expense of the guy who has been the front-runner since July; who received millions of votes more than anyone else setting a GOP record for the primaries; won around 30 states; and have more delegates than Cruz, Rubio, and Kasich combined will propel him [Cruz] to victory in November? It will totally divide the GOP alienating the Trump supporters and guaranteeing Hillary a victory. The sooner Cruz gets out the better. I don’t think Cruz is ticking right. He is acting like a petulant child.

Geeze! Another D@MN video. I *HATE* watching videos.

Okay, the first words in the Video show Ted Cruz saying "Donald and Hillary" have the same views. Donald and Hillary both agree that our Taxes should be increased."

It is then followed by videos of Donald Trump saying he would lower taxes.

First off, this video is deceitful on steroids. It attempts to create the impression that Donald Trump has not advocated for Tax increases, and therefore Ted Cruz must be lying about it.

No, the F***ing Liars are the people who put together this video. I'm not going to watch the rest. I catch them in one lie, and I have no further interest in looking at their other attempts to lie to me.

Donald Trump did in fact call for Tax Increases last year.

Therefore, it is not a *LIE* to say that he and Hillary agree that our taxes should be increased." At one point, Donald apparently was advocating for some Tax increases.

That someone found video of him advocating for lowering taxes does not refute the point. It is in fact, not at all unusual to find examples of politicians being on both sides of an issue, and to point out that at one time he was on the opposite side, does not make it a lie.

The appearance of refuting Cruz's point, is a lie.

did Cruz really do this twirling thing at one of his rallies? Was he doing his televangelist schtick when he was “twirling”?

Thank you for your thoughtful response.

As much as I admire his nationalistic spirit, his optimism and his level of energy, I agree that from a conservative perspective we're taking a chance electing Donald Trump ... but I remain cautiously optimistic.

Ted Cruz says there was no alliance, not that the alliance was broken, even John Weaver of the Kasich campaign called Cruz a liar.

I watched Cruz myself lie about Donald Trump's policy on 0bamacare.

I also provided the example of Cruz, just today, saying Donald Trump is a pathological liar, which is, of course, a lie.

I also provided the example of Cruz lying about his multiple consecutive landslide victories.

The guy lies as easily as most people breathe.

I saw him on video lying tho other day saying "Donald and Hillary have the very same views".

Like I said, you can't turn the guy on for 5 minutes without multiple lies coming out of his mouth. Not "lawyer-esque" speech. Blatant lies.

And the GOP electorate seems to agree.

So Strike 3 for Cruz. He's out.

Vote Trump

I’ve noticed Cruz uses WAAAAAAYYYYYY too many movie references. Is that all he does — watch movies?

even Cruz’s response and phony apology sounds insincere. He was basically justifying the idea they spread the lie, but just that they should have followed up with a retraction. That’s the same exact thing as when the New York Times falsifies a story and then prints a retraction 4 days later on the back of the comics section. The damage is already done and it was an attempt to smear or decive which is another word for lie.

Cruz ran an ad in NH—one of those, ‘I am Ted Cruz and I approve this ad’ ads—that said, “Trump has made himself rich by using eminent domain.”

It is a nasty, malicious, premeditated, vile, vicious, stinking, 100% LIE. Trump has not made one penny from using eminent domain—not one red cent.

How do you know this? My understanding is that Trump made a lot of his money in real estate.

Real estate deals are very susceptible to involving eminent domain abuses. I would be very careful before making a statement that someone heavily involved in real estate, especially real estate like New York City real estate, has no involvement in eminent domain abuses.

My recollection of some New York history is that eminent domain abuse has long been a well established practice in the past.

I don't know personally that any of Trumps dealings involved it, but I wouldn't say they didn't without checking it first.

Presumably that Cruz ad had some sort of source for that claim. I actually think it is actionable if they can't substantiate that accusation.

Cruz is the narcissist. Trump is just a likable egomaniac, or perhaps a mega-promoter of his brand.

I wonder if Trump’s comments about Cruz Sr. brought this on? If so, it was pretty brilliant.

What is the earthly use of providing ANY Cruz supporter with proof of his lies? I’m sorry, but they are as dishonest as Cruz. No proof is sufficient; there are always ways to rationalize and deny. It’s a sickness.

First, a private individual cannot use eminent domain; only the state.

Second, Trump was even secondarily involved in only ONE eminent domain case. It was the one cited in Cruz ad.

Third, the casino commission, the entity that actually brought the case, LOST. Nobody made a cent on it; in fact, all those involved LOST money.

Fourth, why am I wasting my time? Cruz supporters are constitutionally incapable of acknowledging his lies. Any and all efforts in this area are resources down the rat hole. Sad but true.
