Which is yet another travesty as the 14th Amendment should not be used to grant citizenship to children born here of foreigner's who are here unlawfully. The original intent has been clearly bastardized.

The 14th Amendment should be repealed.

First of all, all the freed slaved are deceased.

Second, a century of terrible USSC decisions would evaporate.

Yes, the 14th Amendment clearly did not extend to all who were born on American soil, since tribal Indians continued not be be U.S. citizens even though of course born here. It was only through a specific Congressional Act in the 1920s that Indians were given citizenship. If the 14th Amendment meant what the left now claims it means, there would have been no need for the Indian Citizenship Act.
