That's right. The 14th does not grant citizenship to children born here to foreigners (in the country illegally no less). The 14th and it's original intent have been usurped by the 1965 immigration Act.
Since when can a congressional act overturn an Amendment to the Constitution?
The 14th Amendment should be repealed.
First of all, all the freed slaved are deceased.
Second, a century of terrible USSC decisions would evaporate.
However, these images are not good for Hillary.
Hmmm, Mr Trump, I assume you have one of your persons reading this stuff here, maybe a few ads with Hillary super imposed with these little criminal invaders demanding Amnesty and EVERYTHING FREE!
Since when can a congressional act overturn an Amendment to the Constitution?
When you have an impotent congress and 9 scumbags in black dresses carrying cute little hammers.
When you have an impotent congress and 9 scumbags in black dresses carrying cute little hammers.

You got that right!
Not to mention, a usurper at the head of the executive branch.
There is much, much work that needs to be done to restore our Constitution and our sovereignty!
I was at our boat this weekend and we had a dock party. One of the neighbors is a liberal (everyone else teases him about it) and he brought this up. Said he’d probably be voting for Trump because he likes what he says. He was really pi$$ed about this!
Wonders never cease.

I hope so but he was probably lying so you guys wouldn't toss him into the water.
No. I talked to him one on one. He was pi$$ed! Lol
I think he’s been around conservatives so long now he’s starting to see the error of his ways.
This isn’t new. La Raza has been justifying illegal immigration for many years as taking back what stolen from the Mexican people.
If you want them to shut up, you’re better off dropping off a box of burritos. Oops! Did I just write that?! ;-)
Welcome Indiana to the U.S. government sponsored violent invasion of our land.
If you want much more of the same, elect more lawyer politicians!
Mere acts of love.
La Raza has been justifying illegal immigration for many years as taking back what stolen from the Mexican people............................... Errrrr, could that be the territory they took from the Apache, Hopi, Pueblo, Modoc, and Comanche nations? I guess they want it back because they can collect the current welfare? Once they take over and it belongs to Mexico, their welfare program kicks in, its called “No Work, No Eat” welfare.
They can not tell me those little kids decided to do this on their own and walked themselves down there. How much were their parents paid and by whom? Of course, it was a cash deal as checks would have given out too much information on the “employer” and taxes would have had to be paid on the income.
The Constitution gives Congress and ONLY Congress plenary power in regards to naturalization. Fark the courts......they can't write laws from the bench or make anyone a citizen.
If Congress didn't pass a law giving citizenship to foreign nationals, why are these vermin getting U.S. birth certificates?
In this case, it is new. At least, newer than what's been going on in CA/AZ/TX.
This incident occurred in Indiana - never a part of Mexico.
This crap on full display is now in the heartland!
My wife is Mexican and would not touch that. Only home cooked stuff.
Yes, the 14th Amendment clearly did not extend to all who were born on American soil, since tribal Indians continued not be be U.S. citizens even though of course born here. It was only through a specific Congressional Act in the 1920s that Indians were given citizenship. If the 14th Amendment meant what the left now claims it means, there would have been no need for the Indian Citizenship Act.
