The mainstream media has succeeded in covering up Hillary Clinton’s email scandal and it appears her supporters couldn’t care less about the corruption.
While it seems unlikely that Clinton will be hauled away in handcuffs anytime soon, a new filing by the Justice Department contains a phrase that suggests a criminal prosecution is being planned for the Democratic presidential frontrunner.
From The Federalist Papers:
In the ongoing battle to get access to the e-mails that Hillary sent, or received or tried to destroy, the Justice Department has been forced to respond or explain why certain emails must remain classified.
When a Vice News reporter formally protested the classification of an FBI decision explaining how sensitive information ended up on Hillary’s homebrew server, the Justice Department responded, explaining why:
“They responded in kind by saying they couldn’t make the document public because it would “adversely affect the ongoing investigation” into Clinton’s private email server.
Fair enough, but it is two words further into the DOJ memorandum that will be sure to raise some eyebrows. The department claims it can’t reveal the document because doing so could “reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”
It’s those two words – “enforcement proceedings”– that may be telling. As Rusty Weiss explains, the phrase “enforcement proceedings” is used in federal law when an “investigation or proceeding involves a possible violation of criminal law.”
The FBI needs to finish this before November for the sake of the nation.
The Clintons are above the law and live by different rules than the rest of us.
General Petraeus or any other State Department official would be on trial already.
Agreed...but don’t let the narrative slide. The very act of stealing and destroying thousands of emails is a crime, no matter what the classification.
There are a couple of tracks running here.
The first the the FBI is closing in on an indictment that includes e mails and a play for pay scandal with the clinton crime family foundation. That requires she stay in the race to forestall any indictment to after her election (as a sitting president she cannot be indicted as demonstrated by Nixon but she could be indicted before inaugeration. My guess is that tolls the statute. This is too involved to happen.
Off the same track is the O hoola agrees to pardon her in exchange for her withdrawal from the election and he gets to pick his candidate. I think this one is unlikely as he does not want his fingers on what could be a losing proposition as he plans to be in DC as a shadow government during the next administration.
Another, Hitlery cites health reasons for leaving the election and she is never indicted. All happy here as the entire corrupt DC establishment is saved from a lot of grief. Someone in her circle will be indicted and agree to some minor penalty and will be amply rewarded by the crime family foundation for their loyalty. The party moves on, unscathed, and runs someone with little record for Trump to attack...don’t discount Biden running with Liahontas or McCaskill? A maybe.
Most likely, no indictment, Hitlery runs Trump wins, GOPe aligns with Dems to kill off anything he proposes, FED collapses the economy, Trump gets blamed and life moves on toward the next election with a GOPe candidate taking the primary.
Take your pick and place your bets.
Let's hope Comey steps up to the plate and does the right thing. We know Lynch and Obama will do nothing but if he announces her criminality and recommends indictment, it's all over for Hillary. If he doesn't, hopefully, the leaks will sink her. Either way, it doesn't look good for Hillary. Trump will see this as a goldmine and forge ahead with the "crooked Hillary" meme. Charge!
Is Judicial Watch on the case? They’ve been promising to get her since the 1990’s. Just one more donation will put them over the top. They’ve got the goods on her for sure this time!

Trump needs to now begin beating the email scandal drum at every opportunity.
He needs to ask why the investigation is taking so long.
He needs to call out both the Attorney General and White House for the delay.
He needs to label any further delay as partisan corruption.
He needs to remind Hillary and her supporters of her own words: “No person is too big to jail.”
He needs to excoriate her for her elitism in setting up a private email server to deliberately circumvent security restrictions on cell phones.
He needs to call her intelligence into question (she will really hate that!) for somehow being unable to recognize classified information unless it is marked. So much for her experience!

I really don’t think O wants Hillary to be CIC. If she wins he’s relegated to the back bench. Bill becomes the Big Dog again and it will be all about those wonderful Clintons. Barry’s ego couldn’t take it. If he’s planning to stay in D.C., until Sasha graduates ,he wants to be the go to guy for the Dems.

Yes, Obama detests the Clintons. And 90% of Dems will turn against HRC if it looks as if she'll lose to Trump (on account of the email scandal or for any other reason).
When Trump starts hammering HRC about how the Clinton Foundation received millions of dollars in “donations” from foreign governments while she was Secretary of State, and muses about whether any of the 30k of deleted emails concerned those “donations”, HRC’s numbers will take a hit. That will make Dems very anxious, especially if HRC has not been cleared for her email server shenanigans. Joe Biden will start looking good...

When attempting to evaluate Barack Obama's actions, it is prudent, and usually accurate to ascribe the most sinister motives possible to them.
Obama doesn’t want Hillary in the White House and the pair of Clintons in control of the global shakedown scheme to come. He’ll be just fine with Bernie. He'll be just fine with Trump. Or Cruz. He’ll be just fine if the Democrat party loses. Obama doesn’t care about the Democrat party, hasn’t this become obvious? If Trump wins, and the Clintons are marginalized, it’s a perfect storm for Obama.
Obama will become the head COMMUNITY ORGANIZER, agitating, dividing, speechifying, and spearheading the opposition to the Great Satan for years to come. He just announced he's staying in DC for at least two more years. Ride off into the sunset? Not a chance. In his eyes, he's getting a promotion. No cumbersome constitution or congress to slow him down. With Bill and Hill out of the way, he will be the head of SHAKEDOWN NATION and plague us for years to come.

Obama is firstly a left wing ideolog quasi Marxist. He will support Hillary if she is electable so she can continue his ideology and yes, he does despise and hate her.
It is looking increasingly like Hillary can not defeat Donald Trump, Cruz or Kasich. For this reason I do think she will be indicted and prosecuted to get her out of the way. The ideal time would be just before the Democrat convention. Thus Joe Biden could get the nomination by acclamation and not go through the primary process. Biden would continue Obama's legacy.
Someday they’ll say the same about Hillary - “At one point she was a Democrat darling”...
