I will back whoever wins the nomination. That is because it will be Trump. If Cruz were in the winning position, I would back him. But if the GOP throws it to Cruz when Trump is the winner of the actual votes, then the party is dead to me.

Very well said. These Ted Cruz fanboys want to pretend that there's some kind of level playing field, with respect to embracing whoever gets the nomination, when, in reality, it's exactly opposite of that.

Apparently, Ted Cruz plans on limping into the GOP convention with, at best, about 700 delegates or so.

And then what's he going to do somehow, magically? He's going to seize the nomination from Donald Trump, displacing the party's clear frontrunner.

Then what? This is the most ridiculous part: after swiping the nomination, he will:

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is Cruz's best case scenario.

It would be laughable if it wasn't so dangerous.

Ted Cruz appears fully willing to sacrifice his own party, and even the country, on the altar of his own blind personal ambition.

Ted Cruz's egotism and malignant narcissism make Donald Trump's ostensible character deficits pale in comparison.

Thus, the only way for Cruz to get the nomination would be to steal it, with the help of his benefactors, the GOPe.

If that happens, Hillary wins in November, hands down.

Thus, nobody should be cheering for that to happen, unless they don't care about either party unity or the future of their country.

At this point, the remaining Cruz supporters are acting just as selfish and unprincipled as their failed candidate is.

Almost this entire community supported Ted Cruz 6 months ago. What changed? Ted Cruz lost fair and square because 1) GOP voters got to know Donald Trump better, and 2) GOP voters got to know Ted Cruz better...

Vote Trump

If GOPe steals this from Trump and throw it to the rats, I’ll never vote GOP again. Might have to consider the Democrat party. Get me a government job doing nothing and getting steady paycheck and some handouts. Pr*icks aren’t going to let me offshore my money so can’t beat em, join em.
