Agreed! About the Beach Boys, that is. My repertoire doesn't include any Beatles songs, but I play, and sing, several Beach Boys songs. And, not that I like his politics, I detest them, Jimmy Buffet.
Saw a “Beach Boys” band on Catalina once, they were great. Was that you?
