Here is my opinion...since Islam is growing one must make sex with minors legal because I think that is part of what they are ok with (from what I have read)...............
Islam is polygamous and the elite get to partake of all the women. The bottom 50% of men have no reproductive prospects at all. This is part of the reason joining isis is so appealing....or migrating to Europe where its a free rape fest.
