There are dishonest and abusive employees (managers too) in all job sectors.
The TSA consists of imperfect human beings. Government employees are not exempt from the need to be corrected and held accountable, which includes the executive, judicial, and legislative branches of government.
The are generally selected for employment based solely on their skin color, and NOT because they are suitable for their job. Then they are trained to despise the citizens they "serve" and give a clean pass to those who aught to be examined more closely.
The TSA is a failed agency of a failed government.
