Average tenure in high tech here is Silicon Valley is measured in montns, not years. Must be a pretty good place to work if the average Joe stays there nine years. Honestly, how could such a LOW turnover rate affect their ability to perform their mission? Reminds me of the woman at Yelp who was doing all the complaining a couple months ago.
