Make no mistake, Paul Manafort may indeed help Trump...but in the end, it will be Donald Trump that get’s Donald Trump elected.
I personally believe that there will be no denying that.
She's the reason we should have nominated a true conservative this time around.
Yeah, “not-so-high moral threshold” clients my butt. Ronald Reagan was one of his clients and he helped RR win the 1980 election.
Slate sucks!
Montefort got into this so late that the die for this past Tuesday was already cast. He may help some, but the successful strategy to get Trump elected was Trump’s.
There is a lot here that Slate has written that I don’t believe, but the one thing we all have seen with Trump, he’s his OWN boss...Manafort may do things, the way Trump wants them done, but Manafort is WORKING for Trump, not the other way around...
And make no mistake, I wouldn’t want this Manafort on my bad side any time of the day or night...
I don’t think Manafort will last 6 weeks. He will try to mold and shape Trump into something he’s not comfortable with, and get fired. What got Trump this far was the Lewendowsky plan, “let Trump be Trump”.
Never Hillary!
If Trump follows his advice.
Yes, it is slanted, of course it is slanted. But we all know how to read for bias. This is just first-rate original reporting - info I haven't seen anywhere else.
A good window in to a very shadowy, complex world.
That said, Trump has pushed back on Manafort's "handling" in a way it doesn't appear his other clients have had the strength to do. In this case, it is Trump using and controlling Manafort's skill-set to advance his agenda, and not the other way around.
The General Election has begun. First real well done hit piece on Trump.
Trump has overwhelming support from millions upon millions who have never heard of, or care about, Paul Manford.
Trump took the steps to get himself elected and the others committed harakiri.
