Well if it was subject to axe-grinding editing, it really would not merit the same attention as a scientific study. And would it catch anything but the most overt behavior? If it caught things like under-stall photographers then it, itself, would probably be an example of forbidden activity, because of what it would have to focus on.

But again, I say merit. Americans are often great at going for things because of gut feel not because of merit.

the point is that these things are happening right now- even though it’s illegal for men to use women’s bathrooms- allowing men free access to women’s bathrooms is just going to make this much much more of a problem- and we’re not even just talking about photographing- we’re talking about sex crimes as pedophiles and rapists WILL be allowed to hang around in women’s bathrooms

No study is needed to determine this- it’s common sense- This isn’t ‘gut feeling’ this is common sense based on past experiences=- when you allow sick perverted people free access to vulnerable people they WILL and DO take advantage of that- this isn’t rocket science-
