Sorry, but he isn’t. The Democrats prepared the challenge months ago “just in case.” Any electoral college victory by Cruz will result in a challenge by the Dems, just as Obama’s victory should have been challenged by the mentally challenged (stupid party) Republicans in the Senate and House.
