And who's going to prosecute the EPA, the Just-Us Dept?
0bama and the rest of his minions are trying to do as much damage to America as it can before next January.

The regulatory branch of gov’t is not coequal with the other three branches of gov’t and EPA is big Dog on the regulatory block.

“EPA, however, argues its doing this for states that want to voluntarily cut emissions despite this being part of CPP.”
You can thank CJ John Roberts for this. Roberts held that Obamacare was unconstitutional because Congress did not have the power to enact it. Despite that, however, Congress had the power to tax/penalize anyone who did not follow the law it didn’t have power to enact in the first place.
So now we are faced with another unlawful law which the Obama administration is claiming states are “voluntarily” following. They are “voluntarily” following it because they face loss of federal funds / penalties if they don’t follow it.

So the states should take over and arrest ALL EPA personnel within the state and lock them up and fine them. You’d find out how quickly the shoe would be on the other foot. State Governors can call out the National Guard. Sheriffs are not bound by Federal mandates. Property should be protected agains seizure and states should act together when necessary. The big wigs in Washington should be arrested and jailed as well.

It's not ignorance with these people, it's downright denial that they're doing anything wrong in the first place.

Last paragraphs from the article:
EPA has crossed a line by assigning itself vast regulatory authority that surpasses anything ever contemplated by Congress, Jeffrey Connor, interim CEO of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), said in a statement. NRECA opposes CPP. The fact is that EPA didnt produce a rule simply to reduce emissions - it crafted a radical plan to restructure the U.S. power sector, Connor said.
Amen Jeffery, AMEN!

The administration makes law without the legislature so why would a court ruling phase them? After all who is going to enforce it?
